Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest

Sometimes people need a little extra support when they are learning a job. Goodwill’s Supported Employment program helps you be successful at your job in the community. Participants in this program work at various companies in the community. A Goodwill job coach may work alongside participants while they learn and master job duties. The goal is to help participants maintain employment by learning to work well with others and meet work expectations. Support may include help navigating the workplace, communicating and problem solving with supervisors and co-workers, understanding paychecks, and figuring out how to order your work day and the tasks that need to get done in a shift. These services are available in Spokane, Moses Lake, Post Falls, Coeur d’Alene, Pend Oreille, Moscow, and Lewiston.
