Families with High School Students with Disabilities, 504 Plan or Individualized Educational Plan, are invited to attend with your student and their younger siblings to discover a Plan & a Pathway towards your future employment goals and social development.

Students with disabilities ages 14-21 may be eligible for FREE Vocational Rehabilitation services

Developmental Disabilities Administration

Students with disabilities ages 19-21 may be eligible for Job Foundations

• Meal Provided with options for those with dietary restrictions.
• Free books for the littles.

Vocational Rehabilitation provides services to individuals who want to work but need assistance due to a physical, sensory, cognitive or mental disability.
