WAGE: $19.23 per hour + longevity increases

SUMMARY: The job developer is an outgoing and confident individual with the ability to engage local employers in the opportunity to hire non-traditional job candidates. The job developer supports program participants with disabilities in securing meaningful and appropriate employment opportunities in Asotin and Garfield Counties.

3 Medical plans to choose from, Dental, Vision, Pension, Deferred Compensation, 11 Holidays + 1 Floating Holiday, Vacation and Sick Leave.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field
• Or, Associate’s degree or equivalent college credit and a minimum three years’ experience working with individuals with disabilities and/or significant barriers to employment, especially related to job readiness and/or placement;

• Or, Successful completion of the Wise Online Academy 200 Series, an intensive course of study of Supported Employment over 9 months and minimum three years’ experience working with individuals with disabilities and/or significant barriers to employment, especially related to job readiness and/or placement;

• Preferably 2-3 years of successful sales and/or job development experience.
